Flexible and hybrid remote working 

At Shipup, every employee is free to choose their remote working schedule, whether they are based in Paris or elsewhere in France all year round. The only requirement for all employees is that they reside in France and attend our few specific gatherings organised throughout the year.

Shipup allows employees to work remotely from another country 3months max per year

Team offsites :

Team in Paris :
Team(s) come to Paris to collaborate and do one team-building activity in the evening.

Plenary session :
Company-wide meeting in Paris to kick off the year, followed by an optional drinks in the evening.

Christmas party :
Company-wide event in Paris to celebrate the end of the year.
